Ship vibration simulation. Fully loaded with weight (120% rated load) soaked for 24 hours. High pressure water gun impact test (0.5MPa @ 30cm, for 5 minutes).

The clamping force of the robot arm is closed-loop controlled (adjustable from 20 to 50N) to prevent surface indentations. The demoulding process is triggered when the mold temperature is ≤60°C to avoid thermal stress deformation.
